Thank you for valuing our hotel and transmitting your impressions to us. We regret that your stay has not been very satisfactory. We regret that our breakfast buffet, wich is very complete, does not seems good enough for you. As for the Wi-Fi service, we have not bad opinions about it. The hotel sometimes has more than 400 clients hosted and connected to smartphones, tablets and computers and we do not usually have connection problems.t is possible that during your stay at some moment the connection has been slow due to saturation, but this happens on a few occasions.
