這個地方還不錯，經理Dan人超好，但感覺這裏就像一個會計師設計、建造、裝修的地方，沒有靈魂。你必須得走過停車場才能到公寓門口，因為那是唯一的入口。前面的鋼閘門把所有人包括我們都阻隔在外，還要用一個破對講機才能跟裏面的工作人員溝通。一晚的房費是450美元，但我覺得根本沒達到這樣的水準。不過公寓挺大的，可以直接到泳池甲板，很乾凈。但酒店還是需要有點靈魂。餐廳由於裝修暫時關閉了 - 早知道是這樣我就不會訂房了。感覺有點像一些從未住過AirBNB公寓的人，跟我期待的完全不同。這裏絕對不是酒店。

Our beautiful resort was built as a residential complex and we are lucky to be able to offer these spacious, well-appointed and stylish apartments at the water front as a holiday option to our guests.
We take our feedback seriously and we understood that more facilities at the resort are a must; therefore have been able to raise funding to build a three story restaurant, with a café on the pool level and restaurant above, with VIP facilities on the top. We also have a new spa, which will be opening this winter, and an extensive gym.
The restaurant will serve breakfast by the end of this month, which is exciting, and before Spring arrives lunch and dinner will be on the menu with the bar offering a variety of cocktails.
Tranquillity and security is what we have, thus unwinding and relaxation is what we hope to offer after a day out to the Great Barrier Reef; this I believe will not change when the restaurant opens, but a new vibe will be on the horizon. Firstly, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience you had to endure.
As a resort it is important for us to keep the apartments and public areas in an impeccable level at all times, which means we do need to ensure restoration work is done when necessary and, in our case, due to the damage caused by tropical cyclone Debbie, more work than usual was inevitable.
This however is carefully planned and communicated to keep the level of comfort at the highest possible for our guests, tenants and owners.
We have a strict no party policy and we will take action if noise levels are above acceptable (please note: we can only take action when we are notified at the time of the incident – contact details are found throughout the resort).
To be proactive, we have requested that our security company petrol the resort on an irregular basis and more frequently to make sure that noise disturbances are kept to a minimum. We pride ourselves with the residential feel our guests cherish and we maintain a high level of privacy and tranquillity our guests expect.
