Baros has upheld a level of service that our guests have valued for 45 years, and we have not come across any circumstance in which our guests were not picked up at the airport or enforced a payment for any services we did not provide.
In the pursuit of providing a memorable experience for our guests, and continuously improve our service standards, we value our guest’s feedback.
I have personally looked into our records and have been unable to locate this incident in the period mentioned in 2017 where a chartered boat arrived at Baros. Also, we have not been able to trace any record of your stay. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach you directly to inquire more about your experience.

I would like to reiterate that at Baros, we value our guests from the moment they book their stay with us until after departing from our island. We pick up our guests from the airport without any delay a quick transfer will begin from the airport on a speedboat from our fleet. We care for our guests and while it is undesirable to get such a review, we value your feedback as an instrument to improve our service standards.
