Indeed our hotel is undergoing a renovation, thankfully we are soon finished with it, which is lovely for everybody.
I am sorry you have had problems with the soundproofing of our hotel rooms. It is very difficult for us to correct, but should you have the same problem next time, please contact us in the reception, and we will try to move you to a room, with less noisy neighbors.
