You have stayed in one of our Queen Economy rooms which is the smallest room category that we have. However we have other room categories which is a lot larger. You can always ask the Front Desk staff for assistance in finding a more suitable roomtype for you.

We normally never have problems with noise in the room. Every single room is fireproof meaning that it is completely shot. I would expect this would affect sound and noise aswell. I am sorry to see that you felt it was to noisy.
I will look into what happened in the breakfast restaurant during your arrival.
However it is good to see tht WiFi was good, efficient check in and the beautiful view.
