This summer we had some problems on some machines of the air conditioner that were solved as soon as our provider managed to bring the material that was necessary to fix it.
We are very sorry that the staff attitude was not correct with you we have trained the staff and one or two receptionists left.
We hope you come back to Lisbon and one day give us another opportunity.

I am so glad to know how much you enjoyed the location and how much our staff was accommodating and attentive. I am sorry for the charges in the ice and the first aid kit. What you paid was the Room Service fee. We had a meeting concerning this aspect with all the departments of the hotel and the charges for the little things like milk, ice no longer exists, Now the Room Service charge is only applicable when our guests order food or drinks.
I am very happy to know that you liked our breakfast buffet, so you could start your day in the perfect way.
We'll take your feedback concerning the energy of the Bastardo into consideration and try to improve it.
The rooms and the storage space are limited because we are in a building dated from 1920 and we always wanted to keep the identity of the original building.
