在hotel.com上面訂的,上面展示了一個非常棒的屋頂陽台--- 但是它並不被“公眾”使用,意味着只要不是住皇家套房的人都不能使用。另外,我們住的第二天酒吧就關門了。 除此之外,有很好的健身房和桑拿房--卧室有點小但是還不錯,可惜只有淋浴。 離中央車站非常近,離一切地方都近。早餐很豐富好吃。

First of all, we would like to thank you for your sincere review.

The comments and opinions of our guests are very important to us, and it has received our full attention.

Indeed, our hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city center, close to main tourist attractions.
Furthermore, we are glad to read that you enjoyed our breakfast selection as well as gym and sauna.

As it is mentioned when making the booking that the selected room does not provide a terrace, we definitely understand your dissapointment in regards to the access to our terrace of our "Suite Grand Place". We would like to apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused.

It is however my absolute pleasure to inform you that our beautiful terrace overviewing Brussels and its main square will be open to public, when the weather allows it, from July 17th until September.

我和我丈夫很喜歡住在這家傳統酒店。離布魯塞爾火車站很近,步行就能到。員工們都很友好,而且樂於助人。裝飾很高雅,但很簡單,不是很花哨。

非常好的酒店,擁有所有你需要的設施。房間乾淨而舒適。距離火車站和餐館很近。我們空閑時間很少,但還是能在晚上逛到不錯的地方。

酒店有非常好的地方,如地點、房間很安靜、風格優雅舒適、晚餐餐廳(良好的食品質量,特別是海鮮和魚類,但請記住,如果你喜歡大份,這可能不適合你),員工的效率也很高......但不幸的是,它也有不好的一面。比如枕頭非常柔軟,如果你關心你的睡眠舒適度,你就會注意到。晚餐時我的餐具也因為乾燥的食物而變得臟兮兮的。早餐全是肉,奶酪和麵包。水果非常糟糕,乾癟,有些甚至都發酵了,就好比我吃的菠蘿。酒店沒有提供健康的選擇。

Thank you very much for the time you have taken to let us know your opinion about your stay at Hotel Warwick Brussels.

We value any feedback from our recent guests as it can help us highlight areas for improvement.

We are very pleased that you appreciated the old world charm of our beautiful building coupled with modern amenities.

We are very sorry for the inconveniences you suffered. We use the highest quality bedding in all our rooms and regret it was not to your liking, please contact reception with any issues you may have so that we can try to find an adequate solution.

We are pleased that you were happy with the quality of the food and service in our restaurant.

Please accept my apologies for the problem with the cutlery, this is unacceptable, I will be revising this with the relevant manager to make sure it doesn't happen again, I hope they were changed as soon as you pointed it out to our team members.
I can only apologise and repeat myself concerning the issues with breakfast, please make our team aware of any concerns so that the necessary action can be taken.

We have tried to provide healthy cereals, various types of bread including wholemeal as well as different milk including skimmed and soya and fat free yoghurts but we are of course always open to any suggestions for improvement.

We hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you for a more enjoyable stay in the future.

我們通過億客行(Expedia)預訂了這家酒店,打算2月底在這裏住4個晚上。由於天氣惡劣,我們飛往布魯塞爾的航班被取消了,沒有其他旅行條件的情況下,我們通過电子郵件直接向沃里克先生解釋了這一情況,沒有要求退款,只是想看看我們是否可以重新安排我們的住宿時間。他們拒絕了,說如果想改住宿時間需要重新預訂。我們是4個人的團隊,為了4個晚上的住宿付了730英鎊。我覺得他們可以做出善意的姿態,我對他們的態度感到失望。我以後都不會選擇這家酒店了,而且我會告訴家人和朋友他們糟糕的客戶服務。

我們最近在這裏住了三晚,度過了一段愉快的時光。我們設法拿到了一個昇級的房間,有一個漂亮的開放式休息區,只是房間里很暗。浴室挺好的,有轉角浴缸和獨立的淋浴區,裝飾拋光都很漂亮。酒店位於主廣場後面,所以它在布魯塞爾市中心的位置極佳。有一天我們在餐廳用餐,食物很好吃,老闆也很熱心,對啤酒的選擇方面懂得很多。我們滿懷希望期待着在回來逛逛聖誕節市場!
