Sorry if you do not appreciate the design of the hotel , the walls are gray and " dark " as a choise of a famous architect who designed the hotel .
We are renovating some of the rooms and for this reason you have to cross into the adjacent corridor between the two hotels .
The birds on the terrace in front of the Fori Imperiali, in spring are a customary feature of Rome and the staff who prepares breakfast has a decade of experience in managing them. We could not never leave droppings on a tablecloth.
However, we invite you to stay again in the hotel where you will have all our availability and kindness and obviously a discount for your advice about our hotel.

We are sorry if something in your room was not working properly during your stay: I'm glad to know that our staff tried to be helpful.
Our hotel is centrally heated and one has simply to turn it off when feeling the room too hot. Our "view" it's not just overlooking the street, as you mentioned, but also the Imperial Forum archeological site, the De Conti medieval tower and the Victor Emanuel Monument. I must say that during the night the street is absolutely not so noisy, despite the fact we are in the very heart of the Capital. We have available some quieter rooms overlooking the gardenside, that we would be glad to show you when asked to.
Sorry if we decided not to offer tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, not even they are listed in our room facilities on the booking engines: in Italy there's not the tradition to find it in the rooms, here-hence our decision not to offer it. Thank you for your suggestions, they are really important for us and we will take them into great consideration.

We apologize for any inconvenience you had during your stay. You're right, not all the hotel rooms have been renovated yet, for this reason we had very competitive rates.
We have taken in good consideration what was uncomfortable in you room: we must say that some things were non functional due to the previus guests hosted and we had not enough time to arrange the upkeeping. We are terribly sorry about it.
About the breakfast complains: as you could notice, Rome has spring-time temperatures even in winter this year that caused the unforeseen problem of the birds that you wrote. It is a problem that the all city of Rome had to face since the past autumn. At the moment we can assure we are trying to find the best solution to solve it without renouncing to have breakfast on our wonderful terrace overlooking the forum archeological site and Venice square.
