我們是半夜到的,試了3次才找到我們的房間,前台工作人員態度不怎麼好,服務員從我們房間拿出了紅酒,我們買的一個5歐元的zara包包不見了。房間很黑,浴室很差。我必須說這裏的地理位置很棒,餐廳的員工都很好。大衛船長太棒了。

Thank you very much for sharing your comments about your experience at Meliá Barcelona Sarrià.

We regret your perception about the light of our rooms and the "poor" bathroom. We would like you contact us personally to give us more details about these comments because we think that only listening carefully our guests we can improve our quality services.

Unfortunatly we removed the glass of wine as a procedure to avoid bad smell or some bacteria or insects on your room.
Also we have been cheking our registries and we did not have any information about your Zara bag. We feel sorry about this.

However thank you very much for your compliments about our restaurant staff. Do not hesitate that we will transmit it to David Capitán and the rest of the team of our Cheeso :).

We hope you come back to Meliá Barcelona Sarrià.

美麗雅酒店是一家功能良好的酒店。一切都井然有序,房間大小舒適,服務水平也不錯。WiFi功能。酒店風格有點“冷”,生意也很好。早餐既好又合適。好房間的價格,水平高端。

總的來說,我們很開心住在這家美麗雅酒店。因為要過周年紀念,我們才去體驗這家酒店,最終我們沒有失望。食物很好,員工很友好和隨和,我會向朋友推薦這家酒店。

這是巡演的一部分。房間很漂亮。旅館里有很多旅行團,他們把早餐區擠得很擠。如果你在這裏觀光,你需要乘地鐵或出租車,因為酒店似乎是在商業和住宅區。

除了離巴塞羅那市區非常非常遠以外,酒店本身還有不少問題有待提昇。我羅列出來幾點:1. 沖淋房的門合不上,導致水都濺到了外面的地面上 2. 房間里沒有熨斗,但其他人有 3. 房間里唯一做好的事情就是床鋪好了 4. 垃圾桶沒有清空 5. 睡袍也沒有掛起來 6. 浴櫃&長椅表面沒弄乾凈 7. 髒的洗臉巾還留在浴室 8. 用過的杯子沒有被替換或者清洗 9.所有設備完全沒有被更換過,酒店完全沒有好好努力做翻新 - 至少我們房間就是這樣。

We are very sorry to hear about your experience at Meliá Barcelona Sarrià. We really regret that you have not enjoy your stay with us.

We take pride in the hotel´s appearance and when informed of any imperfections they are eliminated accordingly, which has been the case with the situation experienced here. We have already share this comment with the departments involved to avoid this type of situations.

However, I would like to inform you that it is always our intention to refresh toiletries in every room when the room is available for cleaning. If anything is missing in the room we offer a service to get items to your room when requested.

Also, I would like to inform you that we have rooms with diferent categories, ones of them have an iron and other ones is under request as in your case. You just have to call 700 and we would be glad to bring it directly to your room when you need it.

Looking forward to seeing you back with us on your next visit to Barcelona.

我們以前住過好得多的美麗雅酒店。這個酒店的房間很小,服務很差。我們入住的6天有好多結構上的問題沒解決(儘管提前通知了)。早餐普通,入住和退房不方便,WIFI信號差。巴塞羅那肯定有比這兒好的地方。
