At MGallery, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us.
To answer your review, as you already know, you booked the last 2 rooms of the hotel which were with queen beds. This point being clarified, it was impossible to switch to another room with 2 beds. Our staff even tried to find you another room in another hotel to help you with your request, that's why I find it a bit arsh to say staff didn't handle the situation professionnaly.
Lastly, concerning our handicaped lift it indeed goes up to the top of the stairs to reach the main elevator but it also goes down those 8 steps to help people get into it.

非常不錯的酒店，早餐高於平均水平，冷熱菜品都有。 缺點是辦理入住手續緩慢（只有一個人在前台工作），還有日常客房整理服務，有客人在床上落下了兩個薄荷糖，但是實際上就是沒有收拾床鋪。 這些都是小問題，我還是很想推薦這家酒店，因為位置非常完美，當我們等待登記入住時，服務員們都儘力幫助我們，還推薦了非常好的餐廳。
