You are right that we propose special benefits for all our guest having reserved through our webside. One of those benefits is Early check in, according to availability.
We do took note of your comment with this special request, as we informed to you upon arrival. As explained, our hotel was fully booked the previous day and we only had one room available at the time you arrived. We proposed that room (also Standard room), as it is important for us to find the best possible solution for our guest. Receptionnist also informed that a bigger room would be ready at the normal check in time (14h). As you choose to take the available room in early check in, we proposed you to change the day after if you desired, what you confirmed, and was done with pleasure. Both rooms you occuped have the same public rate; first room is available for one person, and the second one for two. You stayed alone for 4 nights and seemed for us better to give you bigger room for quite a long stay.

在check out 時，有人把我放在前台對面沙發上的包給偷了。前台的女孩只質疑我有沒有遺忘在房間，她怒吼我，叫我冷靜。我告訴她我所有的錢，信用卡和passport也在上面，她說幫我報警，後來跟我說要等經理來才能陪同我一起去。我問她有沒有看到什麼發生，她和另外一個在前台的清潔人員都說沒有看到什麼，但我質疑她們的說法，因為我坐的位置是前台正對面，而我的背包不小，沒有可能不察覺。我問前台有沒有CCTV，前台的女孩說要等經理來才可以看。然後經理來了，陪同我去附近警局後就扔下我在那裡，叫我自己走回酒店。我下午去大使館處理護照事宜，回來後我以為酒店會幫我處理好住宿，前台的女孩安排多一晚房間給我，但沒有跟我說這天的價錢，後來我收到收據後才知道是200歐，比我第一天的足足多了一倍，但在check In 時完全沒有跟我提起，我感到酒店的手法非常不透明。後來我問男經理我可以看CCTV的照片嗎？他回答剛好現正修理中，所以Lobby沒有CCTV，我第二天check out時拍了幾張照片，都顯示酒店大堂有CCTV的鏡頭，我感到這間酒店的員工十分不老實，他們用很多方式來避免我找到應有的權益，當天我睡在床上時，我久久不能入睡，不安全感籠罩著我。我感到酒店完全不重視客人的財物損失，前台的服務人員把責任推到我身上，甚至跟我說你也不能證明背包是在酒店內被人偷了，對我來說，這是噩夢一場。如果你一個人遊巴黎，還是選一間安全的酒店吧。

I would first want to state that we are terribly sorry for this sad event, all the staff understands the frustration that such a situation can create. Please allow me to answer you point by point in order that you and other guests understand better the situation.
Our colleague from the front desk tried to calm you when you realized the bag is stolen. She didn't yelled at you, only that several other guests where in the lobby in the same time and she meant only to calm you due to the stressful situation.
As in many boutique hotels around the world, the receptionist is many times alone during his shift, therefore his/her attention cannot be everywhere in the same time. During the stealing of your bag she was actually on the phone with your Uber driver, trying to translate you what he was saying as he was running late to pick you up. You left the bag under no supervision on the couch behind you, we believe in that moment a thief may have entered the hotel and steal it.
As soon as I arrived I took care of you and explained you that, indeed, we have the cameras physically present in the lobby but they are not functioning as we were changing the operator. During the provider change we had no ability of recording. The cameras appearing in the photo you took are no longer working, we have new ones installed since today. We are really sorry for this inconvenience, unfortunately out of our hands.
After telling you this I personally took care to accompany you to the local police station where we've been told to come back in the afternoon for quicker treatment of your complain. I came back with you to the hotel and checked with you on the way all possible places where your bag may have been trowed by the thief (garbage bins for exemple). I then helped you arrange your emergency passport request to the British consulate calling with my personal phone and taking care of showing you all procedure. You were as well welcomed to stay one more night in the hotel and we've therefore blocked our last room of the day for you, understanding you were alone in a foreign city and in a very unusual situation. I proposed you breakfast and beverages on the house, which you refused.
We have as well borrowed you 200€ in cash for personal expenses, money that has been added to your invoice.
At 1pm we went again at the police station (5min by foot from the hotel) and showed you the way to come back, very easy. The policemen recognized us and informed that somebody found your bag on the street and held it to the police section, we were very happy then to find that only your wallet has been stolen, your other personal belongings (among which your passport) were still there. I stayed with you at the police station and borrowed you my phone in order to call back the British consulate to cancel the emergency passport procedure. After speaking with the policemen that you want to proceed to a complain I handled you my business card in case of emergency and went back to the hotel as I have to complete my daily management tasks.
You were our first and main priority that day and we are sincerely disappointed to see that all our efforts were not enough to satisfy you. At no point our methods were "opaque" or trying to hide anything, unfortunately such events can happen and all guests know that in public areas such the lobby of a hotel or restaurants they have full responsibility of their personal belongings.
I sincerely hope you will reconsider our point of view and efforts and other guests will judge by themselves our actions.

First of all thank you for your reservation. Please note that all the staff is really disappointed concerning your comment, as our main objectif is guest satisfaction. We understand that our fourniture style does not match your taste. Our rooms are equipped with fine materials and good-quality natural fabrics.
All of our rooms have a strong personality marked by the exquisite interior design of Barcelona-based Argentinian Maximiliano Zigart, of Luzio design studio.
I do not know exactly the room you occupied, as we have different type of rooms as following. Some of them I agree with you, with"parisian" size: our Standard rooms measure between 13 and 19 m2, our Superior ones between 21 and 25 m2, and we have one Junior suite with 35m2. Our double bed sizes are 140x190 in our standard rooms, 160x190 in our Superior, and 180x200 in our Suite.
Our chambermades clean all the rooms everyday, and our main Housekeeper check every room everyday. She finish this verification with a parfum, we are really sorry if you did not enjoy it. Please note that in that case, you only need to inform reception desk and parfum would be avoid in your room, only ratural cleanning products can be used. We change towels when guest put them on the floor, as it is specified in the room. Of course if guest desire bath line to be changed everyday, we do it with pleasure. Concerning sheets, and all the bedding line is changed before guest arrival. On the contrary sheets are not changed everyday during guest the stay, but of course when it is necessary.
Our charming bar and relax, and meeting spaces are reserved for our guest for your best confort. This is the reason it is very quiet and highly appreciated by our guest. There is a barman/maid in the evening when Wine Moment is served. For the rest of the day, reception desk is at guest disposal when necessary.
Please note that all the staff will be pleased to welcome you once again. We would be glad if you could trust us and we could proove you that your well being is our only objectif. Do not hesitate to come back to me; be sure that we will do our best to answer to your expectations.

We are really sorry we could not answer to your expectations, and you decided to to stay with us.
We would like to inform you that Hoteltonight called us before your arrival asking if we could reserve our Junior Suite for you. We kindly informed that it was not available but we informed that it was possible to be proposed for the 2nd night. We also informed that the room reserved for you was the last double room available for that night, as specified in our conditions for that special webside.

Room type confirmed with your special rate was "Selected by the Hotel". The room we reserved for you was our last Double beeded room availalble sized 13.5 m2 with a 1.40m Bed.
Our reception desk could understand your strong disappointment and tried their best to satisfy you by kindly proposing several choices; either change the room the day after, or also an extra room avaiable for that night, but it was only a single room (no double) at and special rate, in case you prefered stay in 2 rooms.
Please be sure that our main objectif is your satisfation and our staff remains always extremely polite and proffessionnal, even with extremely disappointed guest.

我在這裏住了好幾次，每次都住得很好。 房間簡約，旁邊有有工業，但還是推薦你來。 wifi網速很好 - 我住宿期間沒有任何問題（如果你知道有關巴黎的一切，有時這可能是個問題）。 早餐也很不錯。 我認為唯一的不足（這不影響我的住宿）是走廊被鋪上了黑色和深紅色的地毯，這使得氣氛很一個沉重，從電梯下來走到你的房間，反之亦然。
