房間很棒，非常寬敞，非常適合輪椅。衛生間有充足的扶手。我上次來的時候，酒店專門在淋浴間提供了洗澡的座位，這樣好多了。不過，淋浴間沒有扶手，還有地板很快被水浸沒了。客房非常舒適。工作人員友好和非常樂於助人。

因為邀請我到科克的人幫我訂了馬德龍酒店，所以我入住了這家酒店。酒店不錯，但是裏面的門和傢具都是灰色的，看起來令人沮喪的。酒店的早餐很棒，我吃了美味的海鮮雜燴濃湯。我需要特別提出的是這裏的職員的熱情好心令人稱讚。我訂了我的海鮮雜燴濃湯，但是因為一點理由，送到的有些遲，以至於我只有幾分鐘的時間來吃，因為我已經預定了出租車。服務員沒有收取濃湯的錢，並且為送餐晚到而誠摯的道歉。如果我再次來科克，毫不猶豫我會再次入住這家酒店。如此真摯的服務值得報答。
很適合住宿的好地方。房間都很寬敞，員工都很友好和樂於助人。他們有為小孩提供的娛樂活動這一點很喜歡，這使得這裏更加的讓人放鬆。位置也很棒，到商店只要走很短的路。
