We are disappointed with your review and in particular your accusatory comments regarding money removed from your room which are completely untrue.
Your remarks regarding the CCTV are very puzzling as in most establishments, this is done in order to ensure the safety of all in the building and to quickly spot potential accidents and incidents.
Every hotel has their own policies and in our hotel, as well as many other similar hotels in Glasgow, the guest is kindly requested to leave the key at reception in order to prevent it being lost or misplaced.
This has nothing to do with your accusations as every hotel in any part of the world will have multiple keys to access the rooms in the building for cleaning purposes or if keys are lost or misplaced.
All you have done is accuse the hotel without any concrete evidence and without carefully checking your bags or remembering where you put it properly. If your coming back from a concert having drunk quite a bit, you might not remember too well where you have kept certain things such as money.
It is also clearly written on every room door that the hotel is not responsible for any valuables and items that are misplaced by yourselves which is common in most establishments.
No member of our staff has entered your room and removed any items from the room as our management closely checks the staff using the CCTV that you seem to have an issue with.
