住了一個周末,房間很好,周末我不會投訴,我會推薦的。是的,基本的,乾淨的,集中的價格對位置也很好,自助餐下面的中國菜也不錯,但是它確實有糟糕的評論。

6月17日假期的時候在這裏過夜了。這是個預算有限的度假,我們非常開心到這裏時受到的歡迎,還有歡迎飲料,一個可愛樂於幫忙的員工,乾淨舒適的房間,晚餐。。。天哪。。。我在倫敦的Savoy住過,都沒吃過這麼好吃的牛肉。真的是很不錯的量,入口即化。經理還送我們一杯葡萄酒。早餐也一樣很好,我們絕對會再回來的!
Thank you so much for your review, I'm really pleased you enjoyed the food and liked your room and stay with us. Our chefs will be very happy to hear you enjoyed the beef so much ! They have started to cook more beef recently along with homemade Yorkshire Puddings.

我和一個47人的旅遊團隊一起住在了這裏,晚上的晚餐要麼是雞肉晚餐,要麼是一份開胃菜,而酒店不會給任何人提供選擇。酒店的另一個地方也舉行了婚禮,大多數客人都留下來過夜了,凌晨3點30分,我們大部分的人都被大喊大叫、咒罵聲吵醒了,並引起了和其他房客的爭吵。不是我想象中的適合休息的地方。
I'm really sorry to hear you were not happy with the choices for dinner , we do change our group menus on a regular basis and try to offer options that appeal to the majority of people. There was a wedding party staying in the hotel on the same evening. I apologise for the disturbance they caused , this is not a normal occurrence for us and we were equally disappointed with these guests for making noise during the early hours , our Night Manager was alerted and he did go and speak with the guests in question.
I do hope that you will take this into consideration and you would give the hotel another chance when booking your next trip to Bradford.

我恐怕這裏沒什麼好的方面,我是不會再回來的。很走運,我的房間鑰匙在試了三次后終於可以打開門了,接着我才意識到我又是多麼不走運。暖氣片不停發出拍打的聲音,卧室很臟,密封膠都爛了,水泥漿也掉了,瓷磚也鬆動了。你了解這些情況了,你應該得到比這更好的。

在國慶節期間的11月7日,我們一行11個人來此住宿。房間還好,雖然有些陳舊,對於我們付的錢而言,還不錯。接待處工作人員以及清潔員也都非常和善。酒吧後面的那個年輕小伙子非常優秀,特別熱情。但是,那位餐廳經理是我見過的最無禮粗俗的人之一!我一直認為他們應該儘力在私下里解決顧客的任何問題或抱怨,而不是讓顧客去貓途鷹上差評,但是很遺憾,該酒店沒有注意到這一點。

We greatly appreciate feedback from our valued guests like yourself and thank you for your high praise to our reception, housekeeping and the Bar staff. I would like to sincerely apologise for any problems you encountered with regards to table booking. As per my previous emails to one of your friends and the reply to her trip advisor review we did not receive any booking request from your tour operator hence the restaurant manager couldn’t accommodate your request in this occasion.

上个周六的晚上在布拉德福德希尔顿酒店。晚上的餐点完全是浪费时间。我们吃了腌猪后腿,觉得非常咸。蔬菜冷了。胡萝卜煮了半程熟,很硬。甜点有面包屑,但是没有奶油或者奶油冻。我们抱怨之后,厨师来道歉了。我们被分配到一个有缺陷的房间。不过除了床的一边靠墙,在晚上不容易进出,别的都很棒。我们一点儿也不享受我们的住宿。
