I am very sorry that you chose to leave after one night of your two night Wowcher deal. I understand from my Receptionist that she did her best to welcome you to The Queens Hotel after your journey to us. I am sorry you found the mattress to be uncomfortable, we did only replace all of our beds and mattresses 18 months ago. I will of course instruct my Head Housekeeper to check the comfort of the mattress in your room and also to inspect the pillows. We would have been more than happy to replace these during your stay with us. I am also sorry that you found the breakfast to be luke warm, although we have had no other complaints with regards our breakfast offer I will pass on your comments to my Head Chef to ensure that we monitor more closely than we already do the standard of our breakfast offer. I understand that my morning Receptionist did ask whether there was anything we could offer to rectify the issues you raised but you declined preferring to travel home.
Again I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your visit to us this week.
