In regards to the guest who knocked your door, please accept my deepest apologies for this interrupting your stay and for the inconvenience caused. Had we have known about the left item in the room, we would have notified the housekeeping department to rectify this issue.

這家酒店有着優越的地理位置，從滑鐵盧車站走4分鐘就可以到達了。 這裏的房間本身是很好的，還有着舒適的床和很棒的空調。 可惜裏面是沒有浴室、迷你酒吧或客房服務的。 客人是必須下樓去餐廳拿想吃的食物的，我是不建議你這麼做，因為所提供的食物是糟透了的。 這家酒店的員工是十分友善的，這邊的電梯運行效率是很高的。 早上所提供的自助早餐是足夠美味的——他們還應了我的要求提供了蔬菜香腸、水果、小鬆餅和羊角麵包，真的是超棒的享受。 我在這裏工作旅行，所以是無法真正從旅遊者的角度評論這家酒店的。

Hampton by Hilton is what we call a limited service brand of Hilton where our guests may not be able to enjoy the same Hilton Honors benefits and facilities (such as mini bar and room service) that are available in our sister full service properties such as Double Tree, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Waldorf Astoria etc.

雖然Hampton by Hilton比不上Hilton。但以倫敦酒店價格有這種質素及服務是非常好的。酒店有3人房，又有提供早餐。而且早餐是很豐富的。到倫敦眼附近景點，我都是徒步去的，非常方便。
酒店房間內廁所很乾淨，毛巾也足夠。但牙刷、牙膏則沒有提供。這些要自己準備。不過沒帶也不用怕，在酒店對面有間mini market可以買到。mini market也有很多東西能買到。
