(設有兩張單人床的)雙人房很好,有我所期望的便利設施。浴室有一點陳舊,但是很乾凈。景觀不是很棒。但是,對於標準酒店以及地理位置而言,酒店的價格極好。對豪華的大堂印象非常深刻。工作人員非常樂於助人。這一晚上的過夜逗留之旅超級棒!

這是我們今年第三次來這家酒店了。酒店的位置很好,靠近地鐵站,酒店的員工根據我們前兩次的到訪,甚至認出了我們。這次我們預定的是標間(前兩次預定的是高級客房)。標間也足以滿足我們的需要了,非常乾淨,安靜。我的女兒也想自己再預定這裏,因為她感到很安全。

我來這家酒店是因為出差。這裏的設施很棒,能滿足你的需求,包括化妝品和小點心。這裏對你遊覽倫敦是很好的位置。乘坐各種交通工具都很方便。

酒店迫切地需要翻新一番,儘管它在所有媒體平台看起來非常的完美。客戶服務也需要提昇一下,因為辦理入住的工作人員非常的不樂意提供幫助,即使你正處於艱難的處境。床很舒適,房間很乾凈,但是不值得花這個錢。

我在千禧酒店住了5晚,這裡有關於酒店我討厭的一切:舊傢具,沒有風格,沒有傢具的大房間,非常經典,早餐平常,沒有什麼驚嘆的...唯一的好處是房間里有一個方便的電話,這對於預訂餐館和獲取倫敦的消息是很好的。酒店的其他部分非常非常差。

我在這裏住過很多次,但這次,我注意到了酒店質量下降了。早餐的種類減少了,服務員更新餐食的速度也變慢了。房間的衛生也沒那麼細心了,在浴室里還留有用過的毛巾,浴室地板上有頭髮。最後,在早上5點半有客人使用蒸汽漏斗而引發消防鈴聲,沒有員工來解釋,也沒有任何的道歉。看着這酒店門面,可以看到他在慢慢的衰退,很遺憾,畢竟這裏的位置比較好。
