It seems that we let you down in a number of areas. please accept my apologies. We take comments such as these very seriously and I met with our Rooms Division Manager and Executive Housekeeper this morning to go over your comments and to make sure this does not happen again. These types of cleanliness issues are not up to our usual standards.
