我们在飞回家以后在这里住了一晚。虽然酒店很好，但的确不是他们所有广告上说的那样。这里的餐厅有很奇怪的时候，停车很难。床很舒服。

I am unsure how the parking was "difficult" especially since we have ample free parking in our lot in front of the hotel. Perhaps, you can write me directly at calandraco@rogers.com, so we can understand how to address that issue for future guests.
I also am at a loss to address the other issue with respect to not living up to the "hype" as I don't understand what "hype" you refer to. We are the newest and most modern hotel in the Yukon, having completed a wholesale two year renovation of an existing hotel and opened our doors about 7 years ago. The vast majority of our guests find us to be clean, comfortable, with friendly helpful staff, and all the required amenities, ie. free high speed internet, excellent TV's and channel selection, great beds, etc. We certainly do not claim to be the Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental, but we are proud of the level of hospitality we offer which we believe is the best in Whitehorse.
If you wish to write me directly so that I can better understand, I would welcome that as we do not wish to be creating any misleading claims as to what type of hotel we are. Thank you for staying with us and we hope we can welcome you again. Wishing you safe travels always.
房间像地狱一样热，不能也无法把温度降下来。 在各种尝试想把温度降下来之后，前台服务员说他们会给我们开另一个房间....之后不到10分钟....在窗户打开的情况下，温度飙升到90F......他们建议在门口放一把椅子......不能整夜都那么做吧....糟糕的酒店服务。
We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience. There was an issue with the radiant floor heating in one room when we turned on the heating at the end of the summer season. 房间干净又舒适。我非常喜欢酒店免费提供的室内拖鞋。餐厅非常的便利，而且即便我不是很喜欢韩国菜，但是我还是找到自己喜欢的菜品，很好吃。
