Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding your concerns, you booked through Booking.com and our profile does address some of your concerns. For example, the parking is described as follows:
"Please note the following parking policies:
-Free street parking is available next to the hotel on a first come first served basis. These spots are not guaranteed and may require you to move your vehicle at designated times.
-Free gated row parking is available behind the hotel on a first come first served basis. These spots are not guaranteed and will require to leave your keys with the reception. Space is very limited.
-Paid parking is available across the hotel in a private indoor garage. Cost is CAD 15 + taxes, per night. Space is limited."
Regarding the Internet, it is a free service we offer therefore we do no feel the need to add a password to the SSID. Every guest would be given the password and would result in the same security limitations. According to booking.com, most guests rate our Internet as "EXCELLENT".
As far as cleanliness. That's unacceptable and I apologize for that. I will address this issue with the proper personnel.
The category of room you booked was the Executive Queen and the room is described as follows:
"This room is located in the Annex, across the street from the main property. Although no two rooms are identical, each room features unique characteristics such as fireplaces, columns, moldings, bay windows or kitchenettes. All rooms in this category feature wood floors."
Once again, I'm sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. If you wish to give our hotel a second chance, please contact me directly to make arrangements so I may assure all your needs are properly addressed.

Montreal was experiencing severe cold temperatures and our staff was a little overwelmed and try to keep the guests warm.
