Hotel Chez Swann try to offer a superior guest experience. Your experience is not up to the quality and standard we usually provide for our guests. It's unfortunate our hotel didn't meet your expectations. We have different type of rooms and usually these types with indoor windows are the quietest.We apologize for any noise inconveniences during your stay.
There is one small carpet in every room, the surface of the room floor is wood. Rest assured that we will review your comments internally to further elevate the Chez Swann experience. Once again, we thank you for sharing and hope you’ll visit us again.

We regret that the room didn't exceed your expectations. A lot of our guest prefer the rooms with skylight windows. We’re disappointed your time with us was less than ideal because of the bright light in the morning.
