在過去的15個月里,我每個月都來這裏住4天,我目睹了這裏的服務由一個相當高的水準變成了一個重大失誤的水平。員工沒有被培訓。東西也不幹凈。他們沒有服務意識。我過去感覺我是這個家庭的一員。重大的失誤。接下來的兩次住宿我會取消的。

我們希望寫一下這家酒店為不在這裏入住的客戶提供的行李託管服務。我們上周末打算去多倫多,而且由於飛機晚點我們需要找個地方存放我們的行李。在找過幾個地方之後這家酒店直接為我們解決了問題,特別是他們距離聯合機場只有五分鐘的步行距離!每件行李只要5塊錢就可以一直存放到晚上11點半,我們認為這是一個非常合理的價格。這裏酒店大堂的員工讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺,前台接待的人員也熱心的記錄了我們電話以便聯繫。非常感謝他們的幫助。

房間非常乾淨、舒適,酒店員工友好、樂於助人。從機場乘出租車到酒店大約需要35分鐘,酒店距離我們大部分想去的地方都很近。附近有一些酒吧和餐館,走一小段路就可以到達,那裡有許多可供選擇的地方。房間里的景色也很美。

我來城裡參加動漫展,在這裏住了兩晚。這裏所有的工作人員都想顧客所想,急顧客所急...感覺很棒...每個人都非常棒,很樂於助人。我是這家酒店的會員,所以能用這裏的免費Wi-Fi,但是網絡太慢了,希望下次來的時候網速能快一點...讓我覺得不爽的是這裏收的稅是正稅的頂格稅率,酒店稅也沒有在賬單上標明...我是從瀑布那邊過來的,我們那兒也有這個稅,但是你提出要求他們就會幫你移除的!

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to write a review about your recent stay with us. We are delighted to read about the wonderful FanExpo experience you had while staying with us and we are thrilled to read your wonderful comments about the great service you received from the team. Our goal is to deliver exceptional guest service to all of our guests and comments like yours puts a smile on our face. We do apologize about the slower than normal internet. Unfortunately we discovered that one of our main routers was not running at it's typical speed but it has since been replaced.

As for the MAT tax which you had on your final bill, this was a tax implemented by the City of Toronto on April 1st 2018. This tax is mandatory and cannot be removed from the bill like a tourism fee that many cities around the world have. We do apologize if this was not communicated to you prior to staying with us and I will be sure to pass this feedback along to our reservations team.

We do hope this will not deter you from choosing to stay with us again as we would love the opportunity to welcome you back soon.

高級的酒店,工作人員很好很專業。房間里的設備齊全,環境乾淨,而且空間比較寬敞。店內的早餐很好吃,服務也很好。不過餐廳還有改進的地方:首先是位置不算很好,而且菜單必須要做得比酒水單更加好。它是多倫多的一家很好的酒店。
