We always take these situation seriously and it is great value to us when Guests make us aware of all issues related to their stay.
We contacted our Pest Control Professional and had them immediately inspect the room.
I accompanied them during this inspection and am happy to report that there were no signs of Bed Bugs in the room.
We utilize both visual and Canine inspection on a monthly basis as well as immediately upon notification of suspected activity.
This screening technique is extremely efficient in identifying any bed bug activity that may exist.
