Thank you for providing us with feedback from your recent stay at our property. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations.
We have a strict policy regarding Pool Parties as we are not equipped with proper staffing and or life guard to be able to accommodate pool parties safely. In addition, for satisfaction of our guests we limit the usage of the pool to registered guests only so the facility can be enjoyed without overcrowding. We are sorry if these policies were not explained to you during the booking process, as you said you mentioned a birthday party for your daughter. Thankfully we were slow the day you joined us and were able to accommodate you and your group. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to implement improvements with our staff ensuring all policies and procedures are addressed during the reservation process.
