這是我們第二次入住這家酒店了,強烈推薦給大家。工作人員總是那麼友好,樂於助人。這裏的飯菜味道很好,服務也很好。房間總是很乾凈,我們肯定會再來的。

持續的良好服務和清潔的住宿。早餐仍然是最好的。在埃德蒙頓,我們總是選擇在這裏或在雙樹酒店住宿,不會出錯。附近有雜貨店,賣酒的商店,10分鐘車程就可以到達西埃德蒙頓購物中心。

服務、食物和清潔都很好。然而,每次我住在這裏的時候,床和枕頭都變得越來越糟糕了。這些房間可以更新昇級一下了。除了食物、服務和地址,我認為它不值得它的價格。

Thank you for the feedback about your recent stay. We are very happy you found the service, food and cleanliness of the hotel to be very good. We are very sorry your experience did not offer you the comfort that you would have liked. After undergoing a complete renovation 5 years ago we are continuing to maintain and upgrade on a regular bases with several projects to be completed still in 2018 and 2019. Our beds were replaced a short time ago and we are sorry they did not provide the comfort you required. Beds can be tricky as every individual has their preferred comfort level and as a matter of fact we have many guests who compliment how comfortable the beds are and ask where they can purchase some for their homes. In regards to the pillows we are purchasing new ones every month to replace any worn pillows, so if you do have one that does not satisfy you, please let us know and we will try to get you a firmer pillow. If you would like to discuss further I can be reached at 780-486-8975. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter.

住在埃德蒙頓西部希爾頓花園總是非常愉快。令人稱讚的員工是我再度來此的主要原因。前台經理約蒂·菲利普隨時待命,以便讓我們的住宿更加舒適愉快,他的團隊成員是酒店管理方面的最佳人選,每個團隊成員的臉上總是帶着微笑。酒店後勤員工不管在哪裡遇到我們都會向我們問好。酒店距離西埃德蒙頓購物中心僅有幾步之遙,是個加分點。酒店維護良好,打掃得格外乾淨整潔,擁有超大的停車場,這也確實是個很棒的加分項。我正期待着下一次到訪,再度和超贊的希爾頓花園酒店員工相遇。感謝約蒂·菲利普,是你讓我們的住宿一如既往地舒適。

我們遇到了一個小問題,很快就得到了糾正。這是非常炎熱的一天,我們的房間在頂層,空調跟不上趟兒。工作人員於是為我們換了另一樓層更為涼爽的房間。這裏的人真棒。我們肯定會再次入住。
