I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and inform us of the identified deficiency in our provided services. I understand the frustration with having found a seat and not being approached by a staff member to have your order taken. However, I would like to take this time to inform you that as a Courtyard by Marriott standard, breakfast is serviced from the Bistro counter at which point you would be provided a table number and your meal would be delivered to you. I would personally like to assure you that we at the Courtyard are taking the necessary steps to ensure moving forward there will be applicable signage on the tables to educate future guests on our breakfast service practices. It is our hope that you will not let this diminish your views on the service we provide, and we look forward to hosting you on your next visit to Calgary.
