這是我第三次住在這個漂亮的度假村裡，房間大小完美，而且還有很大的淋浴。房間里還有吹風機，真很棒！每天晚上的食物都很給力－我特別喜歡他們的意大利面！不要把沒有人看管的食物留在外面，否則會被猴子偷走（員工非常努力把它們趕走，但有時它們動作很快！）這裡有很棒的開放場所可以坐下和休息，大廳里還有一間很棒的咖啡廳。他們每個晚上都在泳池邊有娛樂活動－每組都很有才華！泳池關閉的很早，我覺得它開放的時間是早上7點到下午6點？有時房間里的網絡出現了問題，但如果特別需要的話，我們總能在大廳里上網。

本來是我們的蜜月，但糟透了。我倆都吃壞了肚子，頭7天都在生病！房價里包含的東西連瓶裝水都不提供。他們會給你上一杯雞尾酒，然後讓你付錢，因為房價也不包含這個。他們在泳池邊提供水果雞尾酒，告訴你房價不包括這個，你的付錢。由於是我們的蜜月，所以我們額外多付了一些要了間海灘景觀房，但根本不是海灘，看到的只是樹。我們玩了一圈回來后住的隔壁房間也一樣。玩的時候我倆都好好的，在酒店幾個小時后，吃了頓飯，就又病了。一點都不推薦。

As a part of the leisure hotel industry, we are dependent on our customers' opinions. We are grateful for their interest and for their sharing suggestions for improvement with us. Many thanks for letting us know your thoughts and concerns. We have forwarded your correspondence to the relevant departments. Hence, the ocean view rooms are also larger rooms with more comfort. You do have ocean view and I agree that there are palm trees in the view as well. Sorry we could not fullfill your expectations and hope that next time we can invite you to inform the hotel directly on the spot as we have a great team to make your holidays successfull. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do with this written comment after your stay. We do hope to see you again in the future.
