这是我第一次来到champagne bar，并且第一次尝试到了如何用刀开香槟，舒适的环境让我感觉舒适惬意，服务也非常的棒，尤其是热情的Kezia指导的我如何开香槟，服务非常的周到细致，下一次一定还会来！

1月去香港旅游的时候在香槟吧喝了两杯，Manager Seria很热情的招待，介绍了香槟的来由，让我们feel Wow，也给了我们旅游很多建议，让我们很享受。 Bartender Gervase 做了特调给我们，很好喝，谢谢☺️你们，还会再来哦！

香檳吧真正名符其實，頂級香檳 Krug, Dom Perignon, Bleu cuvee, Perrier-Jouet 等應有儘有。 還有頂級魚子醬 Beluga, Sevruga, Bowfin 等，配搭香檳實在是無與倫比的超級享受。
酒吧裏的水晶香檳杯亦是上品，眼觀杯中黃金色的香檳才知道什麼叫瓊漿玉液，泡沫從中悠悠升起，附耳杯口細聽，泡沫沙沙的声音，猶如處身沙灘潮起潮落。一小口香檳清香撲鼻，口腔甘滑。然後一小口魚子醬的海水混合上等伊朗魚子的特有味道，才知道什麼叫珍饈百味。
加上處身於酒吧內，週圍環繞着的金色，黑色和水晶的裝飾，和是着鋼琴師如泣如訴的樂声，直另人如若置身天堂，渾忘世間一切煩惱。
我和太太享受了一個多小時，一瓶Krug香檳及兩安士Beluga魚子醬，結帳HK$8500, 還是覺得很值得。
