Irrelevent - as we shall never use your hotel again.
You are just a rubbish 'airport / not cheap / couldn't care less / they'll never stay with us again, so who cares' hotel. Go to the 'Middle East' / 'Far East' to understand customer service. You'll never get it in the UK.
