Hi, we were interested in visiting Lough Pool restaurant, but noticed that the limited menu (which we don't mind being limited) contains mains that consist of cheap cuts of meat i.e. Rump steak, belly of pork and lamb, do you propose to use some better ingredients in the near future as we find the cheaper cuts of meat off-putting to say the least!
My family and I ate in the Lough Pool while visiting from Canada. We ate a Soup called Carrot and Coriander soup and my kids loved it and still ask me to make it. That was almost three years ago. Im hoping to get the recipe!! Sad to hear its closed down.
