It's hard to believe that this peninsula is so we'll hidden in the middle of a city. Montrose avenue deadends into a fishing and boating community that happens to be home to a bird sanctuary complete with beach and a paved breakwater walkway. Free parking available on the peninsula's drive.

Brunch is amazing here. Great service but always a wait. They only accept cash but it’s worth it & ATM is on-site. They have low carb benedicts too. Great server & kept me in coffee. They will do side salads instead of potatoes. I loved the omelette & you choose your own fillings. Huge though- be prepared.
