我們在這家酒店住了三個晚上，我感覺最多只能算三星級酒店。對然我閱讀了關於這家酒店的在全國範圍內的216條評論，但我還是列出了幾點我認為這家酒店需要改進的地方： 1.入住體驗——沒有歡迎飲料/沒有毛巾。 但我認為這是凱賓斯基酒店的迎賓標準。當我們後來向工作人員提出這個問題時，他們出於禮貌地為我們提供了果籃。 2.到達房間——工作人員並沒有把之前客人用過的毛巾及時更換，後來才有人來換毛巾。 3.食物質量——早餐很豐盛，起泡酒瓶被放置在一個不穩定的桶，所以瓶子不斷下降到冰桶，被裝滿水。還好有工作人員即時來詢問情況，彌補了情況 4.酒店泳池邊的吧台——服務員着裝不一致，而且態度一般。飲料的定價過高。我們的四間房間設備齊全，風景優美。 5.泰國餐廳很好，但是價格過高。 6.健身房設備齊全。 7.泳池邊有救生員，確保孩子們的安全 8.享用晚餐時還可以欣賞肚皮舞表演。

我在經歷了一整夜的旅行之後，早上6點走進這家酒店，第一印象非常好。儘管時間非常早，他們還是盡了最大努力讓我在早上6點就入住，甚至給我昇級了房間，對此非常感謝。酒店非常大，我只體驗了靠近我房間的區域，那是在泳池前面，離海濱很近。我在約旦的早餐體驗一向都不怎麼樣，哪怕是在5星級豪華酒店裡，但是這裏的自助早餐的品種之多令我驚奇。早餐的座位不錯，俯瞰死海。我體驗過的其他餐廳也不錯，服務效率很高。非常喜歡海濱，尤其是因為不像泳池那樣擁擠。工作人員非常友好，讓你感覺既放鬆又安全，尤其在你獨自旅行的情況下。水療體驗很愉快，但是我相信水療設施可以再溫馨點。總起來說我住得非常好，當你來死海一帶，我強烈推薦這家酒店。海灘是來該地區不可錯過的體驗，能浮在海上真不錯，還有一樣不可錯過的是令人驚嘆的日落。
