You could do a lot worse than this. The island is definitely not a tropical paradise any more but this hotel is everything you need. The ladies running the show are doing a good job. The decor in the corridors is tasteful and not too garish. The rooms are quiet and clean. Everything works perfectly well. The bed was comfortable; not too hard like a lot of hotels in this part of the world. Development has not been kind to Xiao Liu Qiu and much of the infrastructure on the island is in need of a lick of paint. This hotel accepts credit cards which a lot of places in Taiwan don't. That's a plus.
