Hotel and rooms are great as usual but don't bother eating in the Brewers Fayre next door, way below standard, disappointing compared the many Premier Inns we have been to! Would go back but eat elsewhere!!
We use this Premiere Inn when we join family and visit the local BAWA club, it is within walking distance of the club. It is usually very clean and quite. The food in good in the Brewers Fayre next door.
Room 22 can hear everyone going up or down the stairs and is the one room by the entrance/exit to the stairs and the door to the corridor. Every time either of these doors is opened, the resultant change in air pressure makes the ill...更多

We are located next to a central road which takes you straight into the city. It takes approximately 20 mins in the car or by bus. There is also a regular bus stop in close proximity to the hotel. Hope this helps!
I am furious with the man - who claims he is the manager - on the desk right now this minute. He has annoyed me so much and refuses to allow me to speak to someone else.
I called the other day to ensure I have a quiet room off the ground floor. He did not say the family rooms are only on the ground floor. He marked my booking to the top floor. So what went wrong? He has marked my booking as a double instead of keeping it to a family booking. He said it would be ok as the room could be made into a family room. I am not there yet, but I would check in on Friday and my daughter will have no where to sleep. I would then have to complain and get "someone" to find a bed for her and make it up. WHY HAS THIS HAPPENED?????? I asked him if the "family" bed would be a proper single bed. He said it would be. He then said it would be a sofa bed. I asked him to clarify if it was a proper single bed OR a sofa bed as they are different things. So which is it?? He kept chopping and changing his mind saying it is a proper single bed and it is also a sofa bed. He kept talking over me which got me so angry. I asked him to stop speaking whilst I was speaking.
I did end up swearing at him, that's how angry he made me. He should definitely NOT be on the desk, and I haven't even got there yet!!!
What is my daughter going to be sleeping on? Why was my booking changed?
I have stayed in Premiers so many times over so many years and have never had this negative experience ever before. Premier Inns, what on earth are you doing employing people who have no idea about customer service????? Or the difference between a proper single bed and a sofa bed?????
If I could change my booking or get a refund I would be doing that but I have a non-refundable booking, mores the pity.
I want an urgent and immediate response.
