Everything gets billed to the room, with a 10% service charge and GST added on to everything, and the account settled by credit card on checkout. The only thing you might need cash for is any additional tips you want to pay, or perhaps island hopping (we missed out on the island hopping due to poor weather so I cannot throw any light on that).
