Hi, read your write up. Yes agreed with your comment. But, did you receive call from the Resort's Assistant Manager after that? I did received a call from the Resort's AM, but couldn't get his name. A malay guy call me after he read my write up and claimed that he is the Resort's AM. He apologize to me for the bad experience and also offered me to re-visit there again by staying FOC. I then asked him to send me an email of invitation but he said just come, mention my name and you and your family can stay FOC. But I insist not to, unless I received a black and white of invitation. But 3 weeks pass, no email at all from the resort. Hmm..not sure whether they really look into this matter and no sincerity shown.

No, I did not received any calls from the hotel management, just replied via email apologizing for the matter.
