Room 302 booked for 3 days. Toilet seat and flush was broken, raised with hotel staff multiple times still no luck so have to use bucket to flush the toilet. As seat was broken have to hold the seat tight so you can use the toilet see pictures attached. Finally i was move to Room# 307 which was a relief. No Hot water in the hotel - when you need hot water you have to call room service and staff would get you hot water bucket. Wait time is 15 to 20min as No adequate staff. I was able to get the bucket myself as geyser was next to my room. Do not pre-book your meal - i ordered Chicken fried rice and that was very sour. I checked with kitchen they said may be sauce was more (we do not expect this reply). We couldn’t eat that and have to through it out. I had SMS from OYO for 20% Off however they were not able to add that in the app. they assured we will adjust during the checkout and they couldn’t. Surprisingly i wrote to OYO in their survey and have not received any response from them yet its been a month now.…
I left my MY PERSONAL STUFF at the RECEPTION while checking out. i called back the reception guyand he said nothing is here you can come and check CCTV. when i went there after few hours . they said cctv is not working since one month .. WHAT A TEAMWORK TO LOOT YOUR LEAVING GUEST. FAREWELL DEATH. I WILL RECOMMEND NOT TO BOOK any ROOM HERE..
It was my second stay at hotel Rahul.. and it was amazing again.. The maintenance staff and service staff.. both are really good at work.. room was well cleaned with washroom.. staff was friendly.. just go for it..
I was there in hotel Rahul in Nagpur in an engagement ceremony. The function was well organized and the service staff made it more enjoyable. It is a really good place to stay whether it's with family or business, just go for it..
