The entrance to the turreted hotel is through pretty gardens and we were greeted at Reception promptly and in a friendly manner.

A question about the beds! I believe it's been asked many times before.
Have the beds and pillows been improved for this summer? I gather that last year they were 'very uncomfortable'.
I keep reading that the mattresses are thin and lumpy and that the pillows are of poor quality too!! What is being done about this? My husband and I are booked in for 2 weeks at the beginning of June. Am getting worried about the bed situation!
