What a wonderfully warm, charming, and inviting place to stay while in Santa Fe. My courtyard room was cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and engaging. The breakfasts were exceptional - home cooked specialties everyday - and the spa treatment was icing on the...更多
Been in most rooms since we stay at this Bed and Breakfast including her sister Bed and Breakfast every year. Walking distance to the Historic District (Plaza), Canyon Road, all the museums. Merrelee (sp) does the 5:00p.m. wine and cheese hour. She'll make reservation and...更多

We arrived at the main house before our 2 o'clock check-in time and were greeted warmly by the staff. Coffee, water, and fruit was offered which was welcomed after our drive. A staff member went over a map of the downtown area and answered all...更多
Our stay was like visiting with friends in a historic home with local flair. We appreciated the owner's attention to every detail to make our stay very pleasant. Would stay there again on a visit to Santa Fe instead of in a run-of-the-mill hotel no...更多

We don't have rooms that are pet-free at Hacienda Nicholas. However, we have an inn just across the street called The Madeleine Inn which does not accommodate pets. Guests from The Madeleine enjoy their breakfast and happy hour at Hacienda Nicholas (no pets are allowed in the common area, where we have our food service). I hope this helps.
Can we bring our dog with us? I believe this was listed as pet friendly...can you confirm?

Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs at Hacienda Nicholas. There is a $25 pet fee, which covers the entire stay. We do request that dogs not be allowed in the dining areas, in deference to other guests.
As the owner of Hacienda Nicholas, I can tell you that our sheets are a high end microfiber from the Comphy Company. However, at our sister inn, The Madeleine, are sheets are high thread count 100% cotton. If you wanted to stay at the Hacienda and preferred cotton sheets, we could accommodate that request.
Our pillows and duvets are feather, though we use down alternative for anyone with allergies to feather.
The mattresses are changed every five years, and flipped once a month.
Our guests often ask us what sort of mattress we use (Sealy Posturepedic) as they hope to replace theirs with what we have.
I hope this answers your questions, and I apologize for the tardy response. I was away for a few weeks of exotic travel, and just noted the question.

I guess I am not as detailed about bedding. Certainly don't remember anything negative. The ambience and location along with the wonderfully friendly service would top any bedding concerns which I don't remember.
"Rooms off of the courtyard are quieter as they are not in the main house across the street."
