First impressions of our stay here were slightly disheartening. The family running the resort didn't seem to be expecting us so it was a bit of hanging around in the reception/restaurant area before being taken to our room.
As we settled into our basic hut...更多
I stayed for 6 nights in a standard room. Room was very nice - slightly ineffectual mosquito net but 4 poster and really lovely bathroom. Balcony with sea view. It's got the most amazing pool so I felt very lucky. As a budget traveller this...更多
At this place you can both rent budget rooms (Down Hill) and Small Houses (Up Hill) by The Pool. Being a family of five we stayed in a House right next to The Pool. It was perfect with a Small terrasse and a Nice bathroom....更多
I have visited Amed three times now and would definitely recommend to book a hotel up the hills, rather than right next to the beach. The views are amazing from up there and show you a lot more from Amed. This resort is a perfect...更多
We are looking forward to our stay with you in July. My elderly mother is wondering about coming with us. She is quite fit but a bit anxious about the stairs. I'm just wondering if there is any kind of hand rail (we have rooms booked up near the pool). I read in one review that it is possible to gain access to the top rooms via a road?
Hoping you can help. We are looking forward to our visit.
Your place looks wonderful. I am interested in staying 3 nights if I can get to the airport in Densapar to catch a 8 am flight. Is there transportation to the airport this early in the morning? What is the cost.
I'd like a sense of where actually the villa is situated in relation to other restaurants etc. and places of interest that could be walked to or is it distant?

The resort itself has quite a decent restaurant perched up high with great views. Or drive to the next village. Cafes are dotted all along the Amed coast now. The main place of interest is the sea itself. The view and what's underneath. Not great beaches compared to Melbourne. Black sand. But the fishing boats are very colourful. Mt Agung looks fantastic in the distance.
