I posted this too hastily after a long day of trave. I've been trying to figure out how to delete it as our stay here is actually fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and I think I was just tired when I wrote review yesterday. The room is actually very large and comfortable. The bathroom is small but has a lot of amenities. The bed is superbly comfortable and we are enjoying the extra space with kitchenette, sleeping area Abd living room. There is construction around us but they do highlight that fact on website...we are also in NYC. There us always construction or loud noises wherever you stay. I deeply regret my post and wish I could delete. The Kimberly is a great place to stay And I highly recommend it. -Becky C

do not know how to remove, but i think you have given a nice review!
When will the elevator issue be resolved?
When will the construction be completed as I heard the noise level was quite loud?

Thank you very much for your inquiry. We are thrilled to advise one of our brand-new, state-of-the-art elevators is just a few days away from its first voyage. This will provide our Guests with two brand new elevators while we then replace the third and last one within the next 3 months (indeed, a monumental task!).
Unfortunately, the construction across the street will take approximately 2 years. However, please note you can always request one of our Suites facing North (away from the construction site on 50th Street), where our own Guests say they cannot notice any noise (unless of course you step out on your balcony).
Do not hesitate to let us know should there be anything in which we may be of assistance.

Hi, we are planning on booking this hotel...how far are you from central park?

Dear Potential Guest,
Thank you for considering us.
Walking from the hotel to Central Park will take you 15-20 minutes. That is to where the park starts; it extends from 59th Street to 110th Street.
