We are happy to hear that our location worked our well for you, however I am disappointed to hear that your overall experience was not up to our standard, as reviewed by many other TripAdvisor members. Please accept my apologies for the unfriendly arrival and concerns regarding the bathroom. Our mini fridges in the room are just that, they are not a mini bar that comes stocked. As most Courtyard hotels do not offer room service, we have partnered with a restaurant around the corner from the hotel to offer room service for our guests, which is available 11:30AM – 11:30PM daily. We are in the process of a property renovation which we hope to have completed by the end of October.
