The rooms need updating. The overall cleanliess is ok, but lacking in attention to detail.

The hotel is not that bad, rooms are fairly clean. Small showers, thin towels. Shady people walking through the parking lot at night. Stayed three nights, not once was my room made up during the day. I would leave about 10:00am each day and come...更多

After I was contacted by Chris Tudor who was thought to be the owner, I explained my appalling customer service problem with the surly Pedro and why it needed urgent resolution. Never heard back from him again. Since the situation has caused signicant damages and violates Federal and State laws too... all the more shocking that Mr. Tudor didn't lift a finger in recognition of the seriousness of the matter! So I have proceeded to prepare legal documents and had to do some digging to find that the supposed owner has 3 businesses in WA, all closed. Did manage to find another owner and lease holders in the county property recording... and what a lovely surprise! It seems on Feb 4, 2015 the Everett Travelodge has been reconveyed in full to the Trustee at the financing bank, perhaps because taxes have not been paid since prior to the 2013 rolls - to the tune of $60,000 delinquent at this time. I haven't been by there but I certainly hope that they have done some swift housekeeping with the staff. I seriously could not believe any company would condone the unprofessional, downright rude behavior that customers described over and over in reviews. I do hope I will now be contacted by someone else in management that would like to speak on behalf of the company and resolve my issues before they become a really big problem for Travelodge and not just for my family. Perhaps the place is shut down already... I am thinking I won't even need the injunctive relief any more if things are now in the hands of the bank. Oh happy day! I will post an update soon I hope!
