Thank you for making us aware of your experience at our location. I am very sorry we failed at meeting your expectations. The non smoking sign at our entrance indicates that there is no smoking in that area not that our hotel is a smoke free facility. We do have a smoking floor. However, this should not have caused an issue in regards to odor. We will work very hard moving forward to remediate the smoke smell you mentioned. I am also sorry that you felt there were unsavory people walking around upon your return. Our staff is usually very mindful of any disruptive people or behaviors and know what to do when we spot this type of situation. You should have had two sets of towels in your room, and we will work to ensure that this type of over sight does not happen in the future. Again, I am very sorry for your experience at our location and we will use your feedback to work to improve our service.
Thank you for your review for our location. I am very sorry to hear there was an odor in your room. While we do have smoking rooms, this should not make other rooms outside of the smoking floor have an issue. I will ensure housekeeping is letting us know when there is an odor issue in room so we can address before renting it. I also apologize that the front desk was unwilling to give you the amount of linen for each person in your room. While we do only keep two sets in the room we can accommodate the number of guests in the room when requested.
