Mrs Angela Evans, sorry to hear your stay was not satisfied and sorry for any convenience this may have been. We had advised you to park at our parking area less cheaper than other parking sites in the area. you have choose to park by the street by the metro bus runs by everyday and advise you to park and pay a good price less than others. Sorry for the inconvenience of the latest posting of the last customer complaining of the the hotel of having bed bugs in her room. The customer stayed fo 4 days here and not one call or complain of the stay here at Athens hotel. she started to complain after 6 days she checking out of the hotel and was requesting for a full refund of the stay 4 days she was here at the hotel.We are incomplance with city orginance of the city of Houston Health dept for years with no vololations. We apologist for any false reviews Expedia was the traveling agency that booked this stay for the customer. and the customer was requesting for the refund from Experdia not from the hotel. We have been here since 1952 and still growing.
