房间干净，但是在我们住宿的3天期间没有服务。提供了SPA的抵用券，但是大多数都没什么用，而且在预定的时候没有给我详细解释。咖啡和沐浴露/护发素用完了，如果有人为我们补充，或者为住宿3天的我们多留一点的话就更好了！

Dear Kerrie C Thank you for taking the time to post a review on your recent stay with us here at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. Although it is difficult to comment given we are unsure of your exact room number and date of travel I would have to assume you were booked on a special package that is currently in the market which specifies no room servicing. Apologies regarding the amenities, We recommend for your next visit to call or visit reception and they will be more than happy to provide you with more amenities for you stay as we are focused on guest service here at Peppers. 在spa房住了3天。有个会议在开。每天晚上那些代表们回房或者是在泳池周围派对的时候都会把我们吵醒。早餐自助很一般。。。尤其是第3天的时候。食物每天一样。空调过滤器挺脏的，我在想他们是否从未清理过。泳池区看着很好，不过每天早晨都有很多灌丛火鸡在它周围散步。是个探索周边地区还不错的大本营，不过需要弄辆车。

Dear Leonie 99 Thank you for providing us with feedback on your recent stay. We truly value feedback from all of our guests and ensure we use it to make improvements to our product and service wherever feasibly possible, We apologise for the interruption to your sleep from other resort guests. We understand the frustration that this would cause on your holiday - guest comfort is our top priority. We do all we can to rectify this including speaking to the resort guests causing the noise, I do hope you contacted reception and again apologise, it is frustrating for us when this occurs as well (as I am sure you understand). Your comments regarding the air conditioning vents have been discussed with our Housekeeping manager. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, she has advised an audit of the air conditioning vents to ensure all of them are up to our normal high level of cleanliness. We do hope you have a change of heart and decide to return in the future and have the opportunity to experience our normal high level of product and service. Kind regards Scott Lynch General Manager

在这里住了三个晚上，度过了一个周末。度假村是一个安静的区域，非常接近海滩，但离市区很远。他们有很棒的会议室，游泳池也相当出色。工作人员似乎不是很热情，我认为他们可以有很大的一个改善，尤其是在大堂酒吧。这双人的房间里有两个单人床，这是很好的。

Dear Richard B Thank you for taking the time to post a review following your recent business trip at Pepper Salt Resort & Spa. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay, especially the stunning lagoon pool area as well as our contemporary meeting rooms. Your comments concerned me regarding the service of the bar staff as service is something we pride ourselves on here and an area which rates very highly. I apologise for this and truly thank you for bringing it to my attention - it has been discussed with the team and F&B Manager. spa大床房，房间有一个私人泳池，陈旧而且不干净。酒吧区很肮脏嘈杂，而且没有任何的着装标准。有个算不上训练有素的吧台人员把我们的订单搞错了。虽然住宿套餐里包含了早餐，但是鉴于要排长队才能进餐厅用餐，我们放弃了免费早餐，出门到别的地方吃了。还有，因为有上百只燕子筑巢，我们花了30分钟来清理我们车上的鸟便便（停在地下停车场哦）。不会再来这里了。

Dear Rob and Christine T We appreciate you providing feedback on your recent stay with us at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa. Firstly, we apologise for a failed stay with us and while it is never pleasant to receive a negative response we ensure we utilise all feedback to continue to improve our service and make amendments and changes wherever feasible realistic. Your comments on the cleanliness of your accommodation concerned me greatly as this is an area we usually excel in as an be seen by the majority of feedback on this site alone. Please be assured it has been discussed with our housekeeping manager and passed on to her team. In regards to the property being dated we have an ongoing refurbishment programme in place to ensure our product is well maintained and continues to offer a high standard of accommodation and facilities - I apologise that this did not meet your expectations - it is naturally never our intention to have guests leaving feeling less than happy and disappoints us. The bar is usually a popular spot for all guests t use after a swim in the pool, an afternoon at the beach or before a nice dinner out. As a guest facility we do not impose a dress code so all guests feel welcome regardless of their pre/pos activities. Your comments regrading service have been discussed with our F&B manager and the staff who look after the bar. I assure you this is far from our normal high level of service and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can ensure it des not happen in future and apologise for the mix up in your order. The carpark situation has been looked into and a number of different solutions tried which work most of the time - and believe me we have tried most things - we apologise for the inconvenience this caused you. I was told “no” when I asked where I could find a pool towel, however I enquired on a Sunday afternoon and they may have run out (noting other reviewers appear to have been supplied with a pool/beach towel).
I can't answer the car hire question.
No bbq area there
The smaller pool was heated but still too cold for me. The spa was beautiful though
