The Woodbury Country Club is located 1 mile from our hotel. Currently we do provided shuttle service to local venue when a block of rooms are reserved at our hotel. At the present time our shuttle service is not available to be reserved on an individual basis. I just wanted to touch base with you and ask if you found my concerns with room #432 justified? After our phone conversation I realized I forgot to tell you that if the plumbing to the sink WAS NOT hooked up backwards, you probably have a bad mixing valve in the system. Maybe the shower. Just because you don't see it dripping, it could be leaking internally.
Anyway, I wanted to let you know, and the owners, that only because of our phone conversation would I consider staying there again. You expressed a real interest in my review and addressed all the issues to my satisfaction. I hope you bring it to the attention of the owners what a vital role you play. Sometimes all it takes is a phone call to turn an annoyed customer into a repeat customer.
Jessica, you did that with me and hope you will share this letter with your boss.
I know the holidays will be a little rough for you, but be thankful for all they gave you.

Please know since our conversation we have corrective the items as per our conversation and everything is functioning properly in that guest room.
I had shared your concerns originally when we spoke and I will share this with them as well.. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make it right not only for you but for future guest of the hotel.
