Some of our family members are interested in snow mobile and tubing? Where can we go that is near sipapu? Can we rent the tubes?

For tubing you will have to go to Taos and for snowmobiling you will have to go to Red River.
Would like to go 1st or 2nd week in May, to play Disc Golf for two or three days. Is weather good, couple of course in the area we would like to throw. Driving out from California. Sounds like a great place to stay. But most reviews are about skiing and winter. Thanks for any Info on that time of year and area. Any DG insight too.

That is only a few weeks after the ski season ends, so there will probably still be a snow base on the mountain. Their mountain would be great for disc golf, but I would definitely call and make sure the course is open.
Can anyone tell me how to green runs are? In comparison to Angel Fire or Taos? I have heard this mountain is a little easier than the others. And has anyone used the Groupon?

They are Slightly easier than Taos. We had constant (sometimes white out) snow when I was at whitefish so that made visibility more difficult, but the green runs were pretty similar to Taos's. I had more time and better visibility at Taos, and I got to run the blues and greens enough to get comfortable on them in skis. I didn't have as much time at whitefish, and I'm new to snowboarding, which made it more difficult for me, but it wouldn't be for most people. The altitude is much lower at whitefish though so it's easier to breathe and you have more energy. Taos is extremely high in altitude making it more difficult to breathe, nose bleeds, all that fun stuff.
Hope that helps.
