Dear Valued Guest, Thanks so much for staying with us and for taking the time to provide feedback. I'm pleased you enjoyed your stay with us, but I do apologize for your frustration concerning paying for parking. Here's why we don't include it in the rate. Since we are so close to the airport and provide complimentary transportation many of our guests do fly in and do not require parking. While we offer amenities and services that others in our market do not our goal is to still keep our rates competitive with them. Because of this we only charge guests that require parking for this amenity. We do realize that this needs to be considered when comparing hotels, which is why we do post this charge on the front page of our website. We certainly don't want this to catch anyone by surprise and negatively impact their travel budget at the last minute.
