My wife and I are mostly new to Yoga, but very interested, in our early 40's and moderately fit, is there enough activities for us to participate in given our beginner status over a long weekend (or even week-long stay)? If yes then what would you suggest as optimal? Thanks.

It sounds like you'd be fine for a Rest and Retreat for as long as you'd like. The classes offered range from beginner to expert. Teachers all offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity.
There are so many amazing healing arts services I am having a hard time selecting which two I can get during my visit. Which were your favorite and why?

I would think that any of the Ayurvedic treatments would be worth it as this is not something you will usually get at a typical spa.

Ho,my God ,I had the most beautiful experience and peaceful time, I took Thai yoga class and stayed for 4 days ,food was excellent ,yoga classes we're very good ,walking around the lake and woods inspired me more for my career. Kripalu Center is not a 5 star Hotel is a place for you mind and body excelet for those that love nature not fancy hotels. I can't wait to go back I love the spa, jacuzzi ,and the sauna !!
